Invoices are sent within 24 hours Monday-Thursday. Invoices are sent on Monday for weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) submissions.
Payment is due within 1 week of receiving your invoice, and your order is not complete until you have paid.
Your menswear will be ready for pick up or shipped one week after payment is received. This is our guarantee for pick up or shipping, and you will not receive a notification when your menswear is ready/shipped.
